This course is the first part of our fire officer series. It is an awareness-level program that will help develop company officers. It is intended to make 'better bosses.' This program is based on issues that an officer may encounter daily and includes:

- Operational Planning
- Shift Dynamics
- Legal Issues That Affect the Officer
- Customer Service
- Politics
- Code Enforcement & Public Education
- Organizational Management
Pro Board Exam will be offered.
