Refunds and Returns Policy

At RAFT, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational experiences. If you need to request a refund or make changes to your class registration, please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.

1. Class Registration and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by the Participant:

More than 14 Days Notice: If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the class start date, you are eligible for a full refund or a credit towards another class.

14 Days or Less Notice: If you cancel your registration within 14 days of the class start date, you will receive a credit towards another class but no refund.

1.2 Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 14 days before the class start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and transfer your registration to another available class. If rescheduling is not possible, the refund policy outlined above will apply.

2. Class Cancellation by RAFT

2.1 Cancellation by RAFT: If RAFT cancels a class for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class.

2.2 Rescheduling by RAFT: If a class is rescheduled, you will be notified, and you will have the option to attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit towards future classes, as requested.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any fees associated with special requests or additional services may be non-refundable.

Full Name

Registration Number or Order ID

Reason for Refund or Rescheduling

Preferred Outcome (refund, credit, or rescheduled class)

5. Exceptions

5.1 Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations. We will review each case individually and try to find a satisfactory solution.

6. Changes to This Policy

RAFT reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
